Nike Alphafly 3

Got these for my husband, he loves them. He says they feel good when running.

Look Great! But had to return way too small so I had to order a bigger size. Strongly suggest going up a half size.

THIS IS NOT A WALKING SHOE! If you try to walk on them like a review said they sound like cleats but again this is a running shoe. 2nd pair of these I buy. Shoe education helps when it comes to shoe buying. The sole ridges, grooves, shoes mileage, etc. The shoe sole will let you know what kind of terrain they are good for. Knowing how you run may also help in what kind of shoe to purchase. Even for walking shoes looking at the bottom of the heal will show you how you walk. These shoes are not made for people who run and are heel strikers nor a toe strikers. Most people are heel strikers. I am what they call a mid foot runner. These are shoes made for mid foot runners such as myself. I keep track of my shoe mileage. I have 167 miles on this second pair. Last pair I got lucky and got 261 until my new pair came in. These shoes are made for up to 250 miles. I cannot wait to buy my next pair of these shoes. I cannot wear just any sneaker because it will put too much impact on my knee such as Air Nike but these work great for me. Some say shoe runs but these shoes are fitted shoes therefore they are true to size. Super comfortable and I will be buying my 3rd pair.
