I've been using these Nike Ultrafly shoes for both training and outdoor walks, and they're absolutely fantastic! The comfort level is incredible - I can wear them for hours without any issues, and they provide perfect support whether I'm working out or just taking long walks. My daughter calls them my "highlighter shoes" because of the bright crimson color, and I love how eye-catching they are! The grip is excellent on all surfaces, they feel super durable, and honestly they've exceeded all my expectations. If you want a versatile, comfortable shoe that performs great and looks amazing, these are it. Highly recommend!

A carbon-fibre Flyplate, layered between ZoomX foam and a knit fabric-wrapped midsole, gives you a propulsive and springy feel. It helps you stay fresh to continue pushing the limits of speed.
Grippy traction pattern
A Vibram exclusive Ultrafly outsole made with Vibram Megagrip has a sticky rubber that works with a chevron lug pattern. They combine to provide grip when going uphill or downhill, even in wet weather.
Grippy lugs
This exclusive outsole also features Vibram Litebase and Traction Lug technologies. The result is a lightweight, durable outsole that gives you great grip wherever your run takes you.
Stable on the trail

Good place to start if getting into trail running

I like the comfort in the shoe, I did a 10 mile hike/run on the trails and fire roads in the state park near my house and the shoes did the job.

Supper responsive, very cushioned on the heel not much on the front, very stiff! Stiffer than vaporflys 3 but you don't really feel it on your feet I used em on roads too and they felt wonderful probably better than in trails
