I was very excited as I’d been recommended these shoes by my chiropractor. They are very comfortable. BUT I bought them because they are Gortex and I am really disappointed that they are definitely not doing what I would have expected. With our climate I am forever having to dry out the shoe and my socks are truly wet. I would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My feet have been very picky about shoes lately. I tried out the regular Pegasus, and luckily my feet are happy with those. When I saw these goretex ones, I knew I had to get them! I immediately tested the waterproof capacity and dripped some water all over the shoes. Minutes later, they're still there! Even the laces seem to be waterproof. I haven't worn these out yet as it is summertime, but I bought these for rainy days on vacation. I'm confident that they'll be able to keep my feet dry in many countries.
