Let’s get together for a community-led run hosted by the Berlin Braves and supported by Nike Berlin and give the legs and tapering minds a shake out ahead of the big day! Runners from all over the world will come together to celebrate the pre-race bliss together, with coffee & snacks provided and music played by HERNSY HEARNS & APOLONIA.
We’re going to meet at the Berlin Braves HQ right in the bustling heart of Kreuzberg. The Shake Out Run will kick off with a few community-led activations before we run an easy-pace loop. There is such a beautiful feeling of community in moments before a race – soak it all up to prep for race day and make sure to sign up to receive an exclusive Nike running tee designed by the Berlin Braves when you check in for the event.
This year, the Nike Running family has a special treat for you – The Van will come rolling in packed with our most innovative running tech on board: Nike Vomero 18. Our experts will be there to explain what all the tech means and you can try it out yourself.

Der Shake Out Run der Berlin Braves beginnt mit ein paar Aktivierungsübungen, bevor wir eine easy-pace Runde drehen. We’re excited you’re joining for the run! Here’s some important information ahead of time:
Date: 5 April
Time: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Check-In, Shirt Pick-Up, Bag Drop: from 9:30 AM
Run: 11 AM
Location - Berlin Braves HQ, Wassertorstr. 11, 10969 Berlin, Germany
- We’ll run together for about 5-6K in an easy-going pace.
- The exclusive running tee designed by the Berlin Braves will be ready for you when you check-in at the location – please make sure to register ahead of time to receive one.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the Shake Out Run starts so that we can check in all participants and start on time.
- Make sure you are already in your running clothes.
- All participants under the age of 18 must bring a printed and signed consent form from a parent or guardian.
- If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your spot.

Location - Berlin Braves HQ, Wassertorstr. 11, 10969 Berlin, Germany
- Die Strecke wird etwa 5-6 km lang sein und in einem easy-pace Tempo absolviert. Das exklusive Running Tee designet von den Berlin Braves erhältst du beim Check-In vor Ort.
- Bitte komm je nach Wetterlage in angemessener Laufkleidung. Alle Teilnehmenden unter 18 Jahren müssen die ausgedruckte und unterschriebene Einverständniserklärung eines Erziehungsberechtigten mitbringen.
- Wenn du unter 16 Jahren alt bist, musst du von einem Erziehungsberechtigten zu dem Event begleitet werden.
- Falls du doch nicht dabei sein kannst, melde dich bitte ab, damit andere die Chance haben, nachzurücken.

Wenn Minderjährige am Event teilnehmen dürfen, muss Folgendes beachtet werden: Wenn du noch nicht volljährig bist, müssen dich deine Eltern oder ein:e Erziehungsberechtigte:r für diese Experience anmelden. Außerdem musst du eine von einem Elternteil oder einer/einem Erziehungsberechtigten unterschriebene Kopie der Experience-Bedingungen zur Experience mitbringen.
