Las Nike Run Defy son un triunfo de la ingeniería y el diseño. Son supercómodas para el uso diario, eficientes para ayudarte a mejorar tus tiempos y cuentan con un diseño muy moderno y clásico a la vez que no pasará de moda. Una inversión excelente para cualquier corredor de asfalto.

Bardzo szybko materiał przetarł się na tylnej ściance buta (wewnątrz). Dosłownie dziura wytarta a chodzę w nich jedynie trochę z psem. Zero biegania a już po miesiącu było przetarcie, po 2-3 dziura, którą musiałem naprawić. Na plus - bardzo lekkie i spody odporne na ścieranie. Gdyby nie materiał, który się łatwo ściera i uszkadza to dałbym 5/5. Co do rozmiaru, jest OK jeśli mają bardzo przylegać, ale jeśli lubisz czuć luz to proponuję wziąć o 0.5 większe niż inne Nike/Jordany
