Great sole, not too firm and not too soft, phenomenal grip. Unfortunately too narrow in the middle and the toe box is also relatively narrow. It could be the perfect shoe IF there was a Gore-tex version, what's the point of a trail running shoe if it's not waterproof? Unfortunately, it always gets very warm in summer, which would probably not the case with goretex. The Zegama reminds me of the Pegasus 2/3 which was perfect apart from the grip of the sole.
