Big Fan of The Nike Shox, Now My Feet Hurt

I really wanted to love the Nike Shox TL because the design looks amazing, but comfort was a major issue for me. Right out of the box, the shoe felt extremely stiff and hard on my feet. I even went up a half size for extra room because of the sleek, narrow fit, but they still felt uncomfortable. The break-in period was honestly brutal. It took me months of regular wear before the shoes finally started feeling decent. During that time, I dealt with foot cramps and soreness, especially after long periods of walking or standing. The shoe has a very firm feel overall and doesn’t provide the soft cushioning I expected. Once fully broken in, they became wearable and looked great with outfits, but getting to that point was frustrating. For the price, I expected comfort much sooner. If you have wider feet, sensitive feet, or want immediate comfort, I’d recommend trying them on carefully before buying.
