Nike Ava X Mesh

The Nike Ava X Breathe has been one of my favorite go-to sneakers. The sleek and modern design gives me a bold and sporty aesthetic option to implement into my outfits. The upper is thin which allows for the shoe to be light and breathable. The upper is also soft and malleable which helps conform to my foot’s shape providing me a snug one-to-one true to size fit. The fuse layers helped provide support to the upper. I really enjoyed the cushlon 3.0 that was implemented into the midsole. It provided a comfortable and responsive feel whether I wore them for a 12 hour workshift, full day of running errands or on my daily morning runs. This is a sneaker for those who want to add a splash of style while maintaining all day comfort.

These shoes are perfect for everyday use or for trips to the gym! The soles provide a great amount of support and cushion, which make them super comfortable. There is also additional support padding around the ankle, which is perfect to give structure while using a lighter, breathable fabric for the top of the shoes. The upper material is great as it doesn’t feel too heavy and it forms to your foot. The shoes have a unique shape where the front portion where your toes are and the heel portion are bigger than the mid-sole. I found this design ideal for support my foot where it needs it most, but that might differ for you depending on how you walk. My only complaint is that these do seem to run a bit small, so it might be worth going up half a size. Overall, a great pair of shoes for any use!

The Nike Ava Breathe black on black where not my favorite. I got a 10 and they were a little small. I wish I had gotten a 10.5. I like the weight of the shoe they are super light. And I like that Nike seems to be making there toe box slightly wider than they used to. The upper material seems really cheap to me and I feel like you can see glue all over. I wore the shoes for 18 rounds of golf and they were very cozy and my feet didn’t hurt much at the end.
