Initially I was planning to gift this to a niece but missed my visiting window and figured she would outgrow this by the next time i saw her. I tried it on as a cropped sweater and lo and behold, it fit perfectly. The fabric wasn't the most top quality but it wasn't the lowest either. The cut, fit, and versatility of the plain black design was perfect for a casual wear. It wasn't super cropped and would comfortably meet the top of my high waisted pants.Never thought I'd sport children's clothes but it was a happy coincidence.
