        This long sleeve shirt fits me fairly well. The length of the shirt is good, might be slightly long for some. The shirt is dri-fit so it ventilates pretty well. The design on the front is good quality and doesn’t seem to easily peel off. It would be a great shirt when I go paddle boarding in summer as it’s UV light protective. Overall, good shirt for summer time, might be bit chill for winter for it’s dri-fit material.

        The m nk df uv miler top ls flash looks very nice while taking it out the packaging, it’s light and has a moisture wicking feeling. I actually felt cooler doing my run with this long sleeve. And didn’t sweat as much as if I wear a normal shirt. It is also a UPF 50+ so you are being protected with the sun. The design swoosh in the front is stylish and gives out a reflective visual when runners run before sunrise or after sunset. One thing I don’t like but it doesn’t really affect my rating is that the neck is a bit wider to my liking. Overall it didn’t bother me while running.

        The shirt is a great shirt to work out in. The fabric is breathable and easy to move in. The shirt fits as expected. It is great for outdoors and it gives protection against UV rays. The style is simple and matches easily with other pieces.
