Nike Field General

Got these in beach/gum dark brown color and I love them. Perfect for a neutral color shoe, beautiful colors!

The shoes are very stiff/snug. When you put these on they’re not the most comfortable shoes. I do believe once you break them in they will be great. I got my regular size (W7) Maybe it’d be better if I went up half a size. But I’m glad I didn’t cause I don’t want them to be too loose once I have worn them a few times. Now these shoes are STUNNING!! They’re the perfect purple. I was really worried they would be a shade darker in person and I’m not a fan of dark purples but no they are a nice light lilac shade and the baby blue compliments it so well. Overall I’m super excited about these!

I am a ladies size 8. I read the toe box was wide and I attribute this to the same shoe cut is for women & men. I believe the wider toe box is for this reason; to support a man's foot. I order the Beach Cocoa in an 8 and the Laundry Day in a 7-1/2. I have found Nike's run long and narrow so the 8 needed for the width but too long. This wider toes box allowed the 7-1/2 to fit me perfect. The Laundry Day upper is synthetic leather. The Beach Cocoa is authentic suede upper. I will take these 2 pairs to my local Nike store to return and hopefully they have a Beach Cocoa in 7-1/2. If not, I will order it. I prefer the suede and the color blends well with skin for wearing with shorts; almost a warm neutral. I gave a 4 due to the minimal sole support. This is probably most common in this type of shoe. I will purchase a padded insert. I would not be able to wear the shoe for long walks such as a festival. I do love the look and comfort (minus the lack of sole support).
