Not quite adjustable.
Not small enough for me. The velcro pieces were not placed to allow large enough adjustments for my small head. And any adjustments would caused the fabric to bunch up awkwardly.

Cap too large for adult female even when tightened
Cap is very large and even when tightened to its maximum is still too big (I am an adult female).
