Nike Vomero 18 GORE-TEX

My husband absolutely loved these shoes for running! They have a perfect amount of cushion and the fact that they are great for trails is even more of a reason to get them

The Nike Vomero 18 Gtx is an all terrain running shoe. I recently took them out on a 7mi trail run and I can absolutely confirm they are waterproof. It was so nice not to run 6.5mi with soggy socks! I wish there was a little more cushion at the ball of the feet, it almost felt like I could feel everything, just slightly muted, on the ground. I did like the fact that it felt like I had way more traction on the downward slope, I didn't feel like I could fall off the face of the earth. The colorway is funky and fun, but not excessively so as well.

I immediately fell in love with the color of these since they’re so vibrant! They’re pretty true to size. Upon trying them on, I felt the cushion was a bit stiff but figured it would get better as I ran in them. I ran in these a couple times and tried to break them in by walking in them as well but I felt the cushion wasn’t the best. I definitely do feel bouncy in them as I am running though. The material itself feels a bit thin but it might need to be that way since it’s supposed to be breathable. I don’t think these are my go to for running long distances but overall decent shoes!
