Sole breaks early

Shoes are nice and comfortable, however, within less than one yes, the sole developed a crack, even though I didn’t even wear them that often. Therefore I’m not sure if I can wear with the sole breaking completely. I think it’s a manufacturing issues, the unfriendly support claim it’s normal wear & tear. Quite disappointing
