      This bra gives you our highest level of support with a compressive feel and minimal bounce for a secure fit. Engineered foam pads provide encapsulated support and shaping and it adjusts at the back so you can feel comfortably contained—yet still able to breathe. Ventilation on the front and back helps you stay cool through the heat of your workout. This product is made from at least 50% recycled polyester fibres.

      How This Was Made

      • The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
      • In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

        I love the Nike alpha, it’s been my main bra for every run the last 3 years but this one just didn’t hit for me. The straps are uncomfortable, the metal digs in any which way I adjusted it. Will keep it but it will be a gym-only bra from now on. Size M C-E

        These bras feel strange at first, on the under breast band as you don’t think they are going to be secure enough. But it is and it is so much more comfortable. It doesn’t feel like you are wearing a high impact bra but you are. Very clever.
