How do I get started in the NRC app? | Nike Help

You've just downloaded the Nike Run Club App and want to go get some miles. Before you head out the door, there are two quick things to do:

  1. Enable location services
    This ensures your run data will be recorded and available to view in your activity history. On iOS, you'll also need to enable Fitness Tracking:
    1. Tap the "Settings" app icon.
    2. Scroll down and tap "Privacy", then tap "Motion & Fitness".
    3. Move the slider to turn on "Fitness Tracking".
    4. Close and reopen the NRC App so the change can take effect.
  2. Enter your personal attributes
    Information like your height and weight helps the NRC App provide accurate metrics for your runs. You can choose a default value if you'd rather not share your info.

Now it's time to get running. In the Run tab, you can go on a basic run, set distance or time targets, or pick up the pace with a speed run.
