      • Good walking shoe

        I'm a US size 5.5W and I've tried these shoes on my walks a few times now and so far they have felt comfortable. It's hard for me to find good comfortable sneakers because I have extra wide feet, the last ones I tried were very tight and after some time my feet would get tingly and numb especially on the tops of my feet. These seem to have enough room on the sides and top to accommodate a wider foot. There is a bit of rubbing on the heel when I'm wearing no-show socks, but I'm sure this is only a problem with those types of socks and the shoes might need to be worn in a little more. I do think I could wear these all day with the right socks. But I think the laces could be a bit snugger (or maybe elastic?) when tightened so the foot doesn't slide down the shoe while walking, when my toes might bump into the front. I like that there is a tab at the back for gripping while you slide your foot in, there's also one on the tongue and they seem durable. Overall though they seem to be a nice quality and breathable shoe and they look great! Mine are white so I think they would look nicer with colored leggings.

        I was in the market for new shoes and so happy I stumbled upon these Nike shoes. To start, they are beautiful and can be both dressed up and down. They are great for anyone in a casual office environment that does a lot of walking. What I loved the most is I could wear these for dropping off the kids at school and then immediately hit the gym, then go into the office, all with the same pair of shoes. The fit I find to be narrow, which is generally typical of Nike and works for my feet. I was able to wear these for 10,000s of steps a day without any soreness. My only gripe is the white is difficult to keep clean, which again is typical of white shoes. Overall, I highly recommend and look forward to many more months of wear.

        We all need the perfect pair of white tennis shoes, the Nike Air Max INTRLK Lite are just that. I recently sustained a back injury and my days of wearing unsupportive shoes are slim. While wearing the Nike Air Max INTRLK Lite I have not felt the need to adjust my posture and it takes some of the weight off my back. The Nike Air Max INTRLK Lite in white are perfect for walks around the neighborhood, running errands, tennis, and chasing littles. The size six ran a bit large, but not so much they were a deal breaker. My feet are narrow but tend to swell in the evenings and they fit well. All in all, I would recommend.
