These sneaks are really nice. Super comfortable and supportive design. The sole of this shoe is one of its best features. The grip on the bottom is seriously tough and perfect for the basketball court. Wood or concrete, you aren’t sliding with these. I can stop and turn on a dime. It’s definitely improved my spring step. The shoes also feel structured yet highly flexible. The external cage is a smart design, molding to the foot and creating a snug and secure fit. The fabric is top quality. The color combination and aesthetic is chic. They look great with gym wear and could even be dress up more formal if that’s your style. Overall, I really love these shoes.
These shoes do run small, though. At least half a size. I’m a size 9 in most Nikes but even the 9.5 were smaller than I’d like. I’d recommend going up a full size. Also, only feature I didn’t love about these shoes is the insole. Although it is very comfortable, and the arch support is good, the inside is like EVA foam, almost rubber-like, which isn’t a smooth surface to slide your socked foot against. The inside of these shoes are like my kids’ foam water shoes. I almost wonder if maybe you aren’t supposed to wear socks with these? Or maybe my socks are that old and worn that it’s time to get new ones? Either way, these aren’t shoes you slide on quickly. But I don’t mind, really, because they do feel great on.
