Overall, I’d give it 3/5. It doesn’t specialize, but for what it aims to do. For someone who wants one good workout shoe that can handle a lot, this is a strong pick. If you need something more specific (e.g. heavy lifting, long runs, rugged terrain), you might want to look also at shoes built more for those.
