After using the AlphaFly 3 for my half marathon training, I was genuinely impressed with its performance. The shoe feels incredibly responsive, providing excellent energy return and a smooth running experience. The Nike Alphafly 3’s are my favorite running shoe. This makes my fourth pair. A very responsive running shoe which fits my narrow feet.

Great for a day or 2
Love it in terms of day 1 comfort but works horrendously as a walking sneaker bc of its horrible life span… 50-60 miles of use and literal chunks were missing from the bottom from the outside wear n tear.

Wish they were better quality
I was really starting to like these shoes despite the loud squeaking and my toes were finally adjusted to the tight toe bed, but I realized today that my back outer sole is ripped and I’ve only had them for 2-3 weeks. I’m sad because this was the last chance I was giving Nike running as I’ve tried every other shoe and haven’t been satisfied in one way or another. Hoping something new is released that will work well but for now I’m moving on elsewhere.
