Great cushioning all around the foot. Not just heels or sides. Really absorbs the pressure when road running or walking. True to size, I get half size up for thick wintry socks. Overall a great pair. I hope it doesn’t rip apart soon as with all Nike shoes they last me a year and a half at max 😭

Great trainers. Super soft but surprisingly springy and responsive for a daily / comfort trainer. Took 4 mins of my dogs 10k time. Would recommend.
