Jordan Max Aura 7

My 9‑year‑old has put the Jordan Max Aura 7 in all black through just about everything—recess sprints, playground basketball, and even long days out—and they’ve held up great. The traction keeps him steady on different surfaces, and the Max Air cushioning handles all the running and jumping without wearing him out. The mix of leather and textile has stayed supportive and durable, even after weeks of heavy use, and the padding keeps them comfortable from morning to night. He loves the sleek all‑black look, and I like that they can handle the beating he gives them while still looking sharp.

I got the Jordan Max Aura 7 for my 9-year-old son, mainly because he liked the look and wanted something with the Jordan name. He’s been wearing them for about two weeks now, mostly to run errands with me or to play on the playground with his friends since it’s still summer break. At first he was slightly taken aback by the thickness of them, but he got used to the look. He really likes that they have different materials on the shoe, such as patent leather and velvet. He could wear them to a fancier place like a wedding without since they’re black on black and the materials especially the velvet elevate the look. He says they’re very comfortable. The cushioning, especially in the heel, seems to make a difference. No complaints after being at the playground. In fact, there is enough grip in these that he feels like he can run very fast. The shoe itself is pretty snug (in a good way) and the laces have been holding up in grip so far. I read that they’re more of a casual wear shoe than an athletic shoe, so I’m not sure he will be wearing them for basketball, but it will definitely work for playing ball at the park with his friends. The soles seem like they’re going to be super durable since they’re on the thicker side. My husband had some Nike’s with the bubble inside similar to these and they held up forever. I’m really hoping because I get tired of buying shoes for my boys every 2-3 months. All in all, he is very satisfied 5/5.

Love how these elevate my super simple outfits. The sleek black color and shiny patent details goes with my jeans, shorts, or leggings. They add a bold but classy touch to every outfit. They go with all of my outfits and I can wear them to work or on errands. I loved the fact that they were easy to break in and didn’t cause any blisters. The Max Air cushion really helps with the shock absorbency when walking. Super plus for me since my hip implant requires more support.
