Very comfortable shoe. Provides good flexibility and support. I had to get used to the slip on style but it was easy to do. I love the color and the weight of the shoe.

The more flexibility you have in the midsole and outsole, the more you can move naturally. We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.
Stability: high
The more supportive the shoe, the more stability it can give to your stance. A combination of tuned support and intentionally placed cushioning helps you feel secure with every step. We added more foam in the heel for improved stability when digging deep for another rep.
Cushioning: high
The more cushioning that you have underfoot, the more comfortable your workout can be. Cushioning helps soften the impact as your feet hit the ground. Laser-siped foam in the forefoot and midsole offers flexibility and comfort.

lol I was reading through the reviews and yall are complaining too much. Metcon is one of my FAVORITE shoes from Nike. This shoe is comfortable and I don’t wear them to workout. I wear them during my long 10 hour shifts. All my friends love this style as well. Don’t listen to the negative ppl. Get these shoes!
