Nike Tech Helios

This jacket is awesome. Super lightweight and built for performance. The fit is TTS on the slightly baggy side but nothing too much. It fits well. No complaint. The material felt durable. I wore it for a run outside and worked out indoors, it worked well for both. This jacket has a cool design with the ninja style hood and face mask. My favorite part of this jacket are the hood and thumb loops on the sleeve.

I really like the clean, modern design of this jacket. This silhouette is much different from the other Nike tech jackets I own, but I love this new look.The black and light grey color blocking gives it a nice streetwear look. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, which makes the jacket good for a variety of weather conditions. I also love the full-length zip alongside the brimmed hood. The combination of these two features are perfect for heavy rain and windy conditions, and honestly make this jacket stand out from the others I’ve tried.

The Nike Tech Helios Sun is a hooded jacket that is great for layering. Its highlights are the UV protection and Dri-Fit, sweat wicking material. However, my favorite feature is how lightweight the jacket is. For jackets like this I prefer to have zip closure pockets. The Helios Sun doesn’t have zippered pockets but on the interior of the jacket, they form pockets to store items with a little more security. I also like the thumb holes in the sleeves, helping to ensure they stay in place while wearing. The jacket is very loose fitting, leaving plenty of breathability while the dri-fit technology helps to keep you dry. If you are looking for a lightweight layer to provide additional UV protection, this is worth considering. Some may consider sizing down if you don’t want the very loose fit overall.
