I’ve been very happy with the Nike Swift Women’s High-Support Lightly Lined Sports Bra. The fit feels secure and supportive, especially during higher-impact workouts, without feeling overly tight or uncomfortable. It provides excellent hold and stays in place well, which gives me confidence during movement. The design is sleek and functional, with a flattering shape that doesn’t sacrifice comfort for support. The lightly lined cups add just enough structure and coverage while still keeping the bra lightweight and breathable. It feels thoughtfully designed for both performance and everyday comfort. The fabric feels soft, smooth, and high quality, with plenty of stretch that moves naturally with your body. It does a great job managing sweat and stays comfortable even during longer workouts, which is a big plus. What I liked most was how supportive it feels without being bulky or restrictive—it strikes a really nice balance. If I could change one thing, I’d maybe make it a little easier to put on and take off, especially after a workout, but overall it’s an excellent sports bra that I’d definitely recommend.

As a runner I need something that’s supportive without being to big and bulky and this really delivers on that front. While it does run a bit small, it’s light breathable and everything you’ve come to expect from Nike sportswear over the years. It also works great as just a regular top for yoga and other workout days. It’s comfortable and supportive which is really the two things you want the most from a sports bra.
