Bra sizing getting smaller and smaller!

Nikes bra sizing has gotten way smaller in recent years! i have just measured the XL+ against an old XL i purchased in 2022. It has shorter straps and smaller breast area. Unbelievable when it is supposed to be more inclusive! How can the XL+ be smaller than the regular XL!
