The best shoe for serious lifters.
These shoes are worth every penny if they fit your feet comfortably. Luckily mine fit very well and are comfortable even after 1 1/2 hours in the gym. I read about the snug fit so I ordered a 1/2 size bigger and found them to be perfect. The toe box is snug as other people have said but they fit me very well. Outstanding Shoes for All Lifting Exercises
I never use the size guide for Nike - size selection based on measurement of the foot. The length of my feet measure eleven inches but I order twelves in Nike. I always have. I did the same with the Romaleo 4 and they fit great. Outstanding shoes for not just squats or lifts dependent on a secure foot plant but for all exercises including bench press requiring a leg push of the body. I love these shoes. Just don’t play basketball in them lol.

Was not impressed. The shoe runs very small. I normally wear a size 8 US, I got a size 9 and could barely get my feet into them. Also, the toe box is very tight. Way to tight if you want to squat or power lift, lose foot stability. Would recommend investigating another product!
