- The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. The other backpacks are better in terms of the straps. The straps are not comfortable because of the hooks. As well as the chest clip on mine came off and I can’t get it back on.
