Nike Structure Plus

I have really put these shoes to the test- as a nurse, a runner and a cross fitter. This shoe does it all- and with ease I might add. As a nurse, these shoes provide all day comfort through long shifts with relief from leg pain and sore feet. They provide the perfect balance of structure and cushion to keep me comfortable but fast when an emergency strikes. As a cross fitter, these shoes allow me to box jump with ease, hit a power clean no problem and head out for a run all without knee pain or instability. And running- these are when they shine. As someone with sensitive feet, these shoes keep my plantar fasciitis at bay. They provide just enough bounce without leaving your ankles and calves sore. Last but not least the color and material. The color is a head turner. The mixture of bright to neutral is perfection. The material stays true to its color, despite any weather on a run or spills in the hospital. At first glance these shoes might look a little bulky but they are not! This a really great shoe. At first I wore them around the town, just for walking. They were very very comfortable so I decided to work out in them. Again, no complaints and the comfort was top notch. Next, I tried running in them. Wow. I was so impressed! The weight on the shoe is minimal and when I land on my foot it feels great. They definitely fit true to size. Again, very comfortable.

I love the color of these running shoes. They are comfortable and I can wear them for hours walking. I went for my first run with them and they felt comfortable and supportive, although they did not fell as reactive and cushioned as my Vomero 18 or Vomero plus. I would mainly use these for shorter distances or a quick run. I loved how the material felt breathable and the toe box was not compressing at all, I had enough wiggle room without feeling too big. The only thing that I would change would be to add a heel tongue to help with putting your foot inside the shoe. Other than that I do love the shoe but it isn’t my favorite Nike running shoe. Nice attempt Nike but for me it wasn’t what I needed in a running shoe. I did get a lot of compliments on these shoes so they are definitely eye catching.
