ho 59 anni e ne ho usate veramente tante NIKE, dai modelli running in particolare sia strada che trail, a vari modelli lifestyle. Questa Metcon 6 l'ho presa per la palestra (pesi); esteticamente molto accattivamte, suola morbida ma non troppo quindi per l'uso palestra è ok, stabile il giusto, non troppo calda. La misura di lunghezza và bene per me che porto Nike da sempre e il mio numero è il 40 europeo. Però veste MOLTO stretta, sembra quasi da donna. Al momento di scrivere l'ho usato solo 2 3 volte, qiondi spero con il tempo il tessuto ceda leggermete e si adatti. Se avete il piede sottile ok diversamente aumentate un numero. uso fitness consigliato.
