How This Was Made

    • The recycled nylon in Nike products begins as a variety of materials, including recycled carpet and used fish nets. The nylon is cleaned, sorted and converted into flakes before undergoing chemical or mechanical recycling processes to create new, recycled nylon yarns.
    • Garments that use materials made from recycled nylon reduce carbon emissions by up to 50% compared to virgin nylon.

  • lightweight!

I love how lightweight and thin the jacket is, all while providing warmth and protection from the wind. It's breathable and packable which is great for layering. This would be great when there is a light drizzle and you want to exercise.

  • Seriously Good Jacket

The ACG jacket is no joke, it's a really good almost all weather type jacket. Fit was great and it did two things amazing, water repelling and wind repelling. Wore this around during these crazy spring days and it held up amazingly against the unpredictable weather. Held up against medium to almost heavy winds and also kept me dry thru rain showers as well. This however, is perfectly suited for Spring with how lightweight it is and how easily it can be packed for travel for when it's not needed. The biggest change however I would make is that I believe that the jacket would benefit from side pockets like most other jackets in this category also have. Outside of that, it's an exceptional jacket that has plenty of capabilities for Spring/Fall weather as well as for hikes/outdoor activities during moderate weather conditions. It's stylish in a sense that it is a basic jacket with the ACG logo so this can easily be worn with most outfits.

  • All Conditions Gear for on the go

Been wearing the Nike ACG “Trailwind” Storm-FIT ADV jacket for a bit now and it’s becoming my new favorite lightweight jacket. The fit is great—not too tight, not too baggy. Just sits right. I’ve got longer arms and the sleeves actually fit me perfectly, which almost never happens, so that was a big win. I ended up wearing it during a rainy round of golf and it did exactly what I needed—kept me dry the whole time without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. Super easy to move in too. Best part might be how easy it is to pack. It folds down into a small pouch, so I just keep it in my golf bag and forget about it until I need it. Definitely a useful jacket that’s just easy to bring anywhere. It’s also got that nice balance where it’s technical enough to take on the trails for hikes or walks, but still looks clean enough to wear every day or for quick errand runs. All in all, it’s an awesome jacket and definitely going to be a staple for me this spring.
