Do Nike Products Have a Warranty?

Having confidence in your shoes and gear are critical to performing well. That's why we stand behind all our products. Whether you need to return your purchase or are experiencing a potential defect, we are here to get you back into the game quickly and with the right gear.

If you believe your item(s) have developed a material defect, and it's within two years of the of the online or in-store purchase date, you can submit a product claim by tapping or clicking the button below and completing our claim web form.

You'll be asked to provide details about the issue, along with pictures of the affected area. After receiving your submission, we'll review the information and provide a decision within five working days.

What products are eligible for warranty claims?

Your apparel, equipment or shoes are eligible if they develop a material defect or workmanship flaw.

What issues are not covered by the warranty?

Nike products are not eligible if:

  • There are no material or workmanship flaws.
  • They show excessive wear, misuse or unauthorised alteration.
  • Normal wear and tear is present.
  • The product is excessively dirty.
What are my options if my claim is approved?

Depending on your claim details and purchase location, we'll offer a refund or replacement product for your defective item. If approved, use the provided return label to send the item to us.

Once we receive your defective item, it will take up to 14 days to receive your refund or replacement product.

What information will I need to provide?

You'll need to provide the information below when prompted.

  • Order number from your receipt or order confirmation*
  • Image of your shop purchase receipt as proof of purchase
  • Contact details, including your name, email and postal address
  • Details and photos of the issue on the item

*Nike Partner shop receipts may not include an order number. In that scenario, please work directly with the shop.

What product images should I include?

Your claim warranty form will include a section to upload photos of your item. Any images should be formatted as either a jpeg, png or heic. Images should be no bigger than 25MB in size. Make sure all phots are clear and in focus. You'll need to upload the following:

  • Photo of the full item
  • Close-up of the issue
  • Product tag with style number visible
  • Receipts for shop purchases
Can I change the delivery address after submitting a claim?

No, addresses can't be changed after a claim is submitted. Make sure you check your details before submitting your request.
