These shoes ARE great. In response to any criticism that these “cause your heel to wobble”—shoes do not cause that, rather a lack of stabilizing strength in a person is the cause. Those who struggle with stability should seek out shoes that will help them with their issue instead of blaming a shoe. Those who want comfort and cushion but do not need extra stabilizing support, the combination of air unit, react x, and zoom x are genuinely hard to beat. This is a GREAT shoe for regular mid distance runners, daily walkers, or those just looking to enjoy the pleasure of how great this shoe feels.

When the shoes were delivered to me, I didn’t think I had gotten the correct shoes with the box being super light. To my surprise, the shoes were in fact just this light! With the Air all on the bottom of the shoe I was skeptical on how this would perform as a running shoe. After a few runs outside on gravel roads and inside on treadmills, I can confidently say these are the Best Running Shoes I had ever used! This shoe was made for running! The mesh upper and ventilation all through the shoe tongue helps tremendously when running in warm weather. Adding additional comfort to the bottom of the shoe is definitely noticeable having no pain in my legs after running multiple miles! Since I started running in these shoes, I have had a new Personal Record in miles for the new year! I am extremely impressed in not just the fit of the shoe, but the overall support with the shoe being super light! One thing that I really enjoyed about the inside of the shoe was the additional padding around the ankle and heel to give that extra cushion. I decided to go with my true size of size 10 and was happy I did. The upper mesh material does help give a little extra room in case you are looking for additional room in the width area. The only negative is there is no Gore-Tex or weatherized version at this time, but if these are made, I would be one of the first to purchase! If you are looking for a new type of running shoe that not only performs but also looks good while running then the Peg Premium is the shoe for you!

A great shoe. They feel great on foot and look great, unfortunately they are extremely narrow - so until they release a wide version I couldn’t recommend for any wider footer. Going up half a size will lead to heal slip.
