If you want to bounce a little like tiger, then this are good for that. Have been running in them for 1 week and they definitely have more bounce. They give less support on uneven ground then running shoes with less cushioning. They are also not good with trainer socks as the heal rubs, so wear longer socks, also wear white socks if the ground is damp, as other colours will leach through
