If you have wide feet then I would recommend to size up .5, I’m usually an 8 but they fit a bit tight, overall I love the shoes

Love these shoes for weight lifting days. This is my second pair that I own and I absolutely love. So comfortable. They do run small, so size up half a size. I wear 6.5 and got a 7 and it’s perfect! Can’t go wrong with Metcons. Best money spent.
Please bring the quality of Metcon 5 to the Metcon 6!

Disappointed with the Metcon 6 after wearing Metcon 5s for years and having this be its replacement. This version is not as supportive and well made as the Metcon 5. Nike teams, please bring back the quality of the Metcon 5 to the Metcon 6 so we have future options with as much support and wear of the original Metcon 5 icon. I'll be a fan forever of the Metcon 5!
