WOMEN'S GYM SHORTS

When you're working out, you want to feel your best—that's why we've designed our women's gym shorts to support you through every step, squat and lunge. From form-fitting women's training shorts to relaxed cuts with plenty of room to breathe, you'll find a shape to suit your workout style. If you're planning an intense session, Nike Dri-FIT technology will help keep you cool. It moves sweat away from your skin for quicker evaporation, so you stay dry and comfortable. For uncompromising coverage, our 2-in-1 shorts have an inner layer that lets you train with confidence and helps prevent chafing. If you're passionate about running, choose training shorts for women crafted from textured fabric that flexes with every stride. Meanwhile, soft elastic waistbands flex with you and keep shorts in place, so you can stay focused on your goal.

Find working-out shorts for women featuring our Stealth Evaporation technology. This helps reduce sweat marks by dispersing moisture, meaning they dry quickly and stay looking fresh. Meanwhile, non-sheer fabrics provide squat-proof coverage, so you can move with confidence. High-impact workouts are no sweat in our lightweight and stretchy biker shorts with mesh panels on the thighs to help moisture escape. Look out for styles with a drop-in pocket at the back of the waistband that's big enough for your phone.

We don't want anything to stop you from reaching your goals. That's why we've designed women's gym shorts with leak protection. These dry quickly and have an ultra-thin liner that helps prevent leaks when worn as a backup to your usual protection.

Frequently asked questions about women's training gym shorts

What length should gym shorts be?

Choose women’s training gym shorts based on the way you train. Shorter inseams offer a lighter, freer, more breathable feel, perfect for running. Look for 2-in-1 or brief-lined pairs that keep you comfortably covered while giving optimal freedom of movement. Longer shorts give more coverage and support. A mid-thigh length gives a great balance of coverage and flexibility, while the longest pairs are ideal for rest days.

What should I look for in women’s training gym shorts?

Gym shorts should feel comfortable through squats, lunges and quick changes of direction. Lightweight, stretchy fabrics help with mobility, while built-in liners or compression layers can add coverage during high-energy sessions. Nike Dri-FIT technology helps move sweat away from your skin, keeping you comfortable. Also look for a waistband that stays in place, and a pocket for your phone or earbuds.
