The Vibram exclusive Kiger outsole made from Vibram Megagrip has a diverse lug pattern highlighted with wide spacing. Focused traction in high-wear areas helps reduce the shoe's overall weight.

Another Kiger fail

Definitely a step backwards. The fit is narrower (the heel is loose, tight at an awkward pard if the midfoot, and lost splay at the forefoot) foam is terrible with a drab feel. Vibram is the only positive although in general the shoe is unstable- definitely not a racer. I’ve gone from a love-hate relationship with the Kiger to closure. I should have listened to the professional reviews.

I used my new pair for a trip to Italy as I planned to do a lot of walking. They were amazing! I walked a ton in both cities and my feet never hurt once. I am sold 100% on this pair. Getting another color once I’m back home!
