I normally wear a size 7.5 to an eight. I ordered the seven but they were just too small. I ended up getting an eight and they are perfect. With or without socks. I don’t find them heavy or difficult to walk in and I’m used to only wearing sneakers. I’ve gotten so many compliments on these and people don’t believe me when I tell them they are Nikes. I want them in every color!
