4. After you complete your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email from Nike, along with a separate email from Klarna about your payment.

What payment options does Klarna offer?

You'll see your available Klarna payment options during checkout—not all options are available in all locations.

  • Pay in 3: pay in three equal instalments. Klarna will collect your first payment when your order is confirmed and the two remaining payments every 30 days.
  • Pay in 30: you'll have 30 days to complete your payment (Nike By You orders may have a longer time frame).
  • Pay over time: pay in smaller payments and spread the cost over a longer time. Interest applies; please refer to Klarna for payment options and terms.
  • Pay in full today: pay the full amount with an accepted method.
Will I be charged interest?

Klarna doesn't charge you interest to pay in full, pay in three or pay in 30 as long as you pay on time. Interest applies to pay over time. Please refer to Klarna for payment terms.

If I paid in instalments, how do I get my refund?

Klarna will process your refund directly. Here's how refunds work for orders paid in instalments:

  • Full refund: if you return your order for a full refund, Klarna will refund any completed payments, and any remaining payments will be cancelled.
  • Partial refund: your refund amount is first applied to any remaining balance on your plan. If your refund is more than the remaining balance, you'll be refunded the difference. If it's less, the refund will be split across your remaining payments.
