Worth the Trouble

I went true to size in these, I got my normal Nike size which is what my foot measures and has been my size my whole adult life. Even though I have narrow feet, they felt too tight at first to the point that I almost returned them, but they were perfect lengthwise. The textile upper doesn’t offer much break-in if any and the toe box height is short, so they felt tight until the footbed broke in and your feet sink more into the shoe - after that they were perfect. To speed up break-in I suggest doing shoot-around sessions indoors (rather than just walking around the house in them) and don’t play any actual games or wear them outside until you’re sure you’re going to keep them. For me the break-in was a longer than normal and a little brutal, but the shoe is perfect after that, so it was worth the trouble – they’re light, low to the ground, comfortable, durable and offer great containment all at a good price. I wouldn’t mind another pair of these on super sale since the P8s (mid and now low) are out.
