Small and tight. Not expected

Bought the black hat and it was very tight, so that’s why it is a two star review. I will give it to my nephew who should love it, and it will him well. Bought the blue equivalent and it was a nice size and not too tight. Doesn’t make sense they are different sizes when not labelled so. A little bit disappointing but at least my nephew will be happy. I would recommend the product for an adult to buy for a child, but not for an adult.
