I used this sports bra for a high intensity cardio/weight lifting workout and it stayed in place and was relatively comfortable. That said, the design is a little strange. The straps are adjustable which is good but there's a clasp beneath them on the back that's virutally impossible to use. This sports bra is incredibly soft while still giving great support. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day and holds up perfectly in the wash without losing shape or softness. Definitely one of my favorites!
