This shirt is well suited for cardio activities where you are actively moving around. The shirt integrates a clever series of thinner woven spots to give it almost a mesh level of breathability without the same level of transparency that mesh has. It’s feel like it’s made from a pretty standard t-shirt material fabric. It isn’t extremely soft or silky but it is comfortable to wear. I think it runs a little larger than an average unisex t-shirt but in my opinion that’s an advantage for workout gear. I don’t need something fitted as much as I need something that moves. The typical activities I used the shirt for were running, elliptical, and weights. The advantage of the weave in promoting airflow and living up to being a “dry fit” was really only noticeable to me while running. In the more stationary activities I didn’t find it any more or less breathable than a standard t-shirt and for weightlifting I’d choose a performance style fabric with more stretch over this shirt. All in all, for the right activities I’d find this an above average option and for the rest it stays middle of the pack to me.

I got the Nike DriFit T90 Energy size S for my young son, who’s lean and athletic, and this shirt fits him perfectly. Not too boxy or too tight, perfect cut so he looks put together but still comfortable running around. The DriFit material is super lightweight and breathable, which has been a lifesaver on hot days when he’s running around outside. It doesn’t cling when he gets sweaty, and it dries fast, so he’s not sitting around in a damp shirt afterward. The colors & design are fun, and the fabric is versatile and holds up after a lot of washes (still looks brand new). If I could change anything, maybe I’d add a couple more color options, because once you find a shirt that actually fits your kid’s frame this well, you want it in every color! Overall, highly recommend for anyone who need something that’s both functional and good-looking.

This kids soccer jersey is a great shirt for my 6-year old. He loves wearing it to school and later to soccer practice. It has a great fit for his slim, tall build and is very breathable for the hot and humid days here in the south.
