Join us at BRS for this week’s community run led by Mid-City Runners. There will be 6 to 10 mile run options.

In 1967, Jeff Johnson opened the first Blue Ribbon Sports at 3107 Pico Blvd, a modest shop dedicated to runners. BRS was a first of its kind and became a sanctuary for runners and the foundation of Nike. Since reopening in 2019 BRS remains a place dedicated to serving the running community. As a proud member of the Santa Monica community, the BRS team asks that we recognize the incredible size of our running community and continue to be mindful and courteous to all of our neighboring businesses and residents.

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to event start time to allow yourself time to locate parking.
  • When possible, please avoid parking on Pico Blvd in front of BRS to allow parking availability for our neighboring businesses of BRS. 
  • Bring your own running shoes
  • Registration is required to participate
  • If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must register you for this Experience.
