4 Stars

I just purchased this shoe in the all white color-way on Saturday and I love them, these are by far the most comfortable Nike shoe I’ve worn in a very long time

Great shoe, weak tongue.

I gave this a 4 star rating because my feet haven't felt this good in years. I wear these while walking my dogs 3-4 miles a day, they feel great and my legs feel more lively. However, the first time I put these on I pulled on the tongue of the right shoe with little force and the tongue ripped, so I was careful with the left. The shoes are still wearable, but this was disappointing. The rest of the shoe seems durable and I haven't run into anything else, but only time will tell.

One of the best easy-day/recovery run shoes I have used. Good for Plantar Fasciitis and Peroneal Tendonitis.

As a supinator, the outer edge of my running shoes, near the ball of the foot, receives the most wear. After only 100 miles, many shoes will have a noticeable gouge taken out of the outsole at this spot. The Infinity Run 2 has a uniquely durable yet thin outsole rubber that lasts me at least 300 miles before starting to wear through to the underlying midsole. This outsole durability, combined with a soft yet springy midsole material, has made it my go-to easy and recovery day trainer. Having used both the Infinity Run 1 and the Infinity Run 2, the Infinity Run 2 has a nearly identical midsole and outsole with the primary difference being a significantly more padded/built-up upper. Personally, I enjoyed the thinner and sock-like upper of the original more, but the Infinity Run 2 is a close second and a great easy-run/recovery day shoe. I find the toe-box to slightly tight as compared to non-Nike offerings but in-line with the typical snug Nike fit. This is not uncomfortable for my narrow foot after the first few break-in runs but does impede toe-splay as compared to wider offerings. Lastly, as a testament to the injury reducing nature advertised, I often feel discomfort I have self-diagnosed as Peroneal Tendonitis in my left ankle as well as persistently painful Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot. Both the Infinity Run 1 and the Infinity Run 2 have significantly reduced pain associated with both of these ailments to the point they are often not noticed during my typical 8 mile easy runs when wearing these shoes. To anyone who suffers from these injuries, especially the PF, this alone is worth the cost of entry.
