How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester produces up to 30% lower carbon emissions than virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfill and waterways.

Add a little style to your active wear clothing. This jacket is super cute, lightweight and breathable. I didn't feel like it restricted my movement. Definitely enjoyed wearing it.

My new favorite jacket

I am a busy mom to a 4 year old and 1 year old so the amount of athleticism in my life consists of chasing the two of them around and lots of play time. So, comfy clothes are a must-have. This Nike jacket is my new favorite! While I'm not a runner, I do spend a lot of time outside with the babies and I do a lot of camping. This jacket will be my spring and fall must have. I love how sleek it looks but also functional for lots of movement. The pockets are very deep with a zipper so we don't lose our keys, phone, or even a 4-year-old's toy that they had to bring to the park but now doesn't want to carry around. The pockets are mesh so you could unzip them for some airflow. There is also has a vent in the back for extra airflow. I have not worn the jacket outside in the rain yet, but the fabric makes me think that it will easily repel water if you are stuck in the rain. I am very excited to use this jacket when the weather cools off this fall. My favorite feature of this jacket is the look of it. It is very flattering to a woman's figure but not so tight that you cannot move. If I could change one thing, it would be the sleeve length. The jacket fits well in every aspect aside from the sleeves, which are a bit long. Overall, I love the jacket!
