Nike Archival "Baby Teeth"

Take a bite out of Swoosh history. In the early days of Nike, the budding brand would often be mistaken or mispronounced. In part, this was due to Nike's original script logo being misinterpreted. So in 1976, Nike designed the modified block-lettered logo to leave no doubt. The logo was nicknamed after its resemblance to—of all things—baby teeth. And after 50 years, the "Baby Teeth" moniker still holds true. The antique-inspired brass buckle latches into a premium, hand-stained belt. Artisanally etched into the design, sweeping views of Mt. Hood, Crater Lake and Oregon's Willamette Valley landscape depict Nike's birthplace and lifelong home. A retro ombre fade on the buckle nods back to Nike's rebellious '70s era. SKU: 18026-200
