The only shoe that keeps me walking and getting around in New York. Am female with wide forefoot and normal heel and use custom orthotics. Works very well and can adjust heel width through lacing. This Pegasus 41 is better for both toebox and stability in comparison to the model using velcro for easy in out, which is no longer available anyway in the extra wide. Nice to have at least one color option available. This with the orthotic has enough forefoot cushioning for walking a few miles, and beyond that will use extra felt. I was advised that custom design yr own not available in extra wide. We would pay for that:) This shoe is too hot in extreme heat.

The Extra Wide option provides a perfect fit. I walk around 20,000 steps daily for my job, and these shoes keep my legs from feeling fatigued. While the design isn't the most stylish, its understated look is actually ideal for the workplace.

Really comfortable. Probably didn’t need to go for extra wide but with my troublesome toes which have a life of their life own, it might be the sensible choice. Glad I got them.
