• Son loves the look and feel!

  My son loves these shoes! He said they are so comfy and he plays them for basketball and indoor soccer at his school. They are very light and flexible. Only issue he does have is putting them on. The tongue area is not that stretchy for his foot to fit in smoothly so it does take a bit of time. I think for that age range size they should definitely be more stretchy.

  We got these shoes for our four year old. The look and feel is very "athletic" - they don't look like "kids" shoes which, to my son, seemed to be a great thing. As soon as he saw the sneakers, he wanted to wear them. He couldn't get them on himself - he usually is not challenged by this sort of thing but for this pair, he had to get help from us. There is a huge loop on each sneaker, which an adult finger can fit through (really thoughtful and appreciated!!) but even with that aid, we had quite a bit of trouble getting the sneakers on. Once they are on, though, they're super stylish and our son reports they're very comfortable. We have the gray and white and it looks great. We are happy with the way they fit and look and he is happy with the way they feel. The only real drawback is how difficult they are to put on.

  As a sneakerhead I have tried to buy my 4 year old every type of Nike and Jordan shoe under the sun but they always have something that doesn't work, they hurt his feet, they are hard for him to get on, they are hard for me to get on him and so when I got the Flex Runner 3 PS I was skeptical but boy was I wrong this is a great shoe that he can put on himself and allows him to be as active as he wants. They are stretchy so they are easy to put on, light but not too light and a great amount of cushioning that is very responsive or to quote him "I think they might even be too bouncy" they were not in fact too bouncy. I highly recommend this shoe especially for kids with wider feet or difficulty putting on their shoes, these are now his go to pair and I get to see a Check on the side of his foot instead of Daniel Tiger.
