Air Jordan 40 PF

I have consistently worn US size 9.5 across Nike footwear for many years. Unfortunately, when this pair arrived, the fit was noticeably smaller than expected and completely unwearable. As the shoes were intended as a Christmas present, this was particularly disappointing. The product page did not indicate that the sizing for this model runs smaller, which led me to order my usual size in good faith. My preference would have been to exchange the shoes for the same model in a larger size, but there is no such an option. An additional disappointment is the Thai Nike website or App itself. There is no option to switch to English, which makes purchasing in Thailand unnecessarily difficult for customers living in Thailand. I have already requested a return of the product, yet it is still showing as waiting to be picked up with no clear explanation or update. There is also no accessible way to contact customer service in English, which makes resolving such issues frustrating and time consuming. Overall, this experience has been far below expectations for a brand of this level.
